Shipping Methods

CurbSide Delivery

For items that are heavy or are too bulky for Ground Shipping, Curbside-Drop-Off is the preferred method. The standard transit time for Truck Freight Shipment, delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal, the driver will only ship the merchandise to the curb side of your address which is regulated in the terms of Standard Flat Rate Shipping. Shipping is for the 48 Continental United States except Hawaii, Alaska, and we do not delivery internationally. A signature will be required upon delivery, please inspect the item prior to signing the POD .

Local Pickup

No shipping fees! We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our City of Industry, CA main distribution warehouse. For Local Pickup, Please choose Will Call From Zip 91731 after you adding the item to cart.

Please order on line first due to it will take a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time: The item normally leaves our facility within five working days after received your payment. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to reach your home or office. Please keep in mind large item takes longer time to arrive. When your orders are shipped out, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Shipping Notification: The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. You must provide your correct shipping address and phone number when make payment. You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur your shipment delay and additional charges.

Shipping Terms: The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.

Upon Delivery: Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.

Additional Services

Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services such as:

·         Helping you to move items into your house

·         White Glove Service (including light setup, placing your new furniture in the room of your choice, removing and placing the debris outside of your house)

·         Taking furniture to another then ground floor.

Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for paying the truck freight carrier directly for any additional services.

In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires.

IMPORTANT: Once a customer has been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
 

You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery and SIGN bill of lading. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. If you did not note a damage on the bill of lading, we cannot be responsible for this damage and may have a problem to reimburse you.

Phone order and online order are both accepted.

Sales Taxes

We do not charge sales tax, EXCEPT merchandise shipped to California addresses. In this case, a 9.25% sales tax will be applied.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Master, Discover Card, PayPal is also accepted upon request.

Return Policy

If a refund is requested when your order is ready to ship, 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied on the original total amount.

If you are not satisfied with something, you can request a return within 7 days after you receive the merchandise, and please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. But you should be responsible for 25% of Sales Price as restocking and both Shipping Charges. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
