We only deliver to US 48 contiguous states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, etc.
If you can provide the actual address of the PO box, we would be able to deliver.
If you are near our warehouse, you may choose "will call from zip 91731" when checkout, in this case, no shipping fee would be charged, but you need come to our warehouse to pick up the item/items you purchased.
You may let us ship the item in any case, shipping fee would be charged according to the weight and distance.
Maximum Weight and Dimensions for Shipping
For the large and heavy item/items, we would ship by other shipping companies according to the different properties.
You may ask to cancel the order anytime before we charge the payment, and no any charges are required.
If the cancellation is requested after we charge your money but before we pick up the item/items, 6 percent transaction fee is required, we would refund the money minus the transaction fee. For example, if you payed $600 for one bed, and then you decide to cancel it after we charge your money but before we pick up the item/items, we would charge you $36($600 x 6%) for the transaction fee. You will get a refund of $564.
If you request cancel the order when the item is ready for shipping, 25 percent restocking fee is required. For example, if you paid 800 for a sectional sofa, and ask t o cancel the order when this item is ready for shipping, we would charge you $200 ($800*25%) for restocking fee, you will get a refund of $600.
What if you do not like when you receive the item/items? You may check our return policy!
If you are not satisfied with something, you can request a return within 7 days after you receive the merchandise, and please send it back within 30 days of the item being shipped from our warehouse (as determined by tracking number) and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. But you should be responsible for 25% of Sales Price as restocking and both Shipping Charges. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
